11, 18 and 19 October, Levi’s Music Week @ Sunway Pyramid, One Utama and KLCC

Levi’s believes that music brings everyone together. With good music and great-fitting jeans, what’s there not to like? This year, the live music events will be held at three different locations, on three separate days. A few local musicians lineup include The Impatient Sisters, lost spaces, Midnight Fusic, and more. 11 – 12 October, Ravel Concerto For The Left Hand @ Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra, MPO

Piano composer Maurice Ravel’s Piano Concerto for the Left Hand was commissioned by pianist Paul Wittgenstein who lost his right arm in World War I but still persisted to play the piano one-handed. Today, a highly-skilled pianist, P’ng Tean Hwa will perform the classic, paired with Modest Mussorgsky’s Night on Bald Mountain and Prokofiev 5 blending all three classics into one.

25 October, Pastel Lite – Pop Bilik Tidur Album Launch @ The Bee, Publika

Local indie artists, Eff Hakim and Faliq Mohd will be launching their latest album, ‘Pop Bilik Tidur’. They’ve made Malaysians proud when they opened for popular U.S. bands like Tame Impala and The XX previously.
