Sit those midweek blues away in an evening with Reza Salleh, and let him charm you with his brand of “folk meets pop rock meets the blues meets grunge meets jazz meets soul meets a cup of coffee” with a side of lighthearted banter. What do you get when chill-out Brazillian music meets a lepak Malaysian vibe? Samba Selamba! Think Antonio Carlos Jobim with a limau-ais twist, and some P. Ramlee with a dash of baião. So sit back, relax, and enjoy the selamba fusion  tunes brought to you by Az Samad (guitar), Arif Yusof (saxophone and flute) and Viv Adram (vocals).

30 June (Sat), The Propositions Are Go! EP Launch @ Merdekarya

A 4-piece band that plays “Malaysian-made manic music”, The Propositions! (the exclamation mark is silent) is set to release their first ever EP—The Propositions Are Go! They’ll be joined by hard-rocking indie quartet Skies Are Red, and Azmyl Yunor, who’ll be doing double duty as performer and host.
