April 7 – 10, The Other Art Fair, Victoria House, London

An art fair catered to a new generation of art buyers, The Other Art Fair is  UK’s leading artist fair to discover art by exciting emerging artistic talents. The works on display come from 130 contemporary artists, all hand picked by an expert selection committee—so you know you’re in good hands.

April 9 – Sept 4, Banksy: Laugh Now, Modern Contemporary Museum, Amsterdam

On April 9, a new art museum is scheduled to open in Amsterdam—the Modern Contemporary Museum, or Moco Museum. Moco opens with an exhibition of British street artist Banksy, whose work is renown for its political satire and dark humour.

April 9 – July 3, Warhol: Royal, Modern Contemporary Museum, Amsterdam

Moco Museum is definitely opening with a bang—once you’re done with Banksy, step into the world of Warhol. Some of the pop art pioneer’s best works will be on display at the exhibition, including his famous masterpiece Marilyn.

April 14 – 17, Artexpo, Pier 94, New York City

One of the world’s largest fine art marketplace, the annual, juried expo gathers the biggest publishers, galleries, collectors, as well as established and emerging artists all in one place. This year’s event will play host to over 400 exhibiting artists, galleries and publishers from around the world, with an impressive range of original art expected to be on display.

April 14 – 17, Art Cologne, Cologne Exhibition Centre, Cologne

Regarded as the world’s oldest art fair of its kind, Art Cologne is set to feature approximately 200 leading international galleries with a selection of carefully curated 20th and 21st century artworks to be showcased.

April 22 – 24, Art Brussels, Tour & Taxis, Brussels

The contemporary art fair finds a new home in Tour & Taxis this year. Taking place in the upcoming and exciting art city that is Brussels, it focuses on quality over quantity, with 140 galleries (Belgian and international) on exhibit this time around.

April 29 – May 1, Photo Independent, Raleigh Studios Hollywood, Los Angeles

An annual photography art fair held in Hollywood, Photo Independent first made its debut in 2014 as the first photographer-only art fair showcasing fine art photographers. Today, everyone is invited to engage in the visual montage of the current and diverse photographic landscape borne from inspiring talents around the world.
