LFW SS16: Issa

Creative Director Jamie O’Hare cited films like Tron and District 9 as inspiration for Issa’s Spring/Summer ’16 collection, which aptly resonated on the runway through digital prints and a futuristic vibe reminiscent of South African rap group Die Antwoord.

From jumpsuits and cocktail dresses, to sleek separates and minidresses, some were tailored to minimalist chic perfection, while others sport loud graphics and intricate detailing; standout pieces include a white dress and black jumpsuit, both cleverly designed with high necklines draped over the arms to reveal a sultry bared back.

A majority of the ensembles were paired with gorgeous peeptoe lace-up booties. Looks we loved? Sophisticated whites accompanied by bold orange booties.
