The most prestigious tennis tournament came to a close last weekend with exciting matches that kept us on the edge of our seats, from Novak Djokovic’s major win over Rafael Nadal over the span of two days to his eventual comeback by successfully taking home his fourth Wimbledon title just last night. It’s no surprise that a throng of celebrities showed up over the past two weeks to give support to their favourite players, from British royalty (the Duchesses of Cambridge and Sussex) to Hollywood A-listers and fashion socialites (Alexa Chung, Emma Watson and Poppy Delevingne.)
Naturally, stars decked in their best summer ensembles for this annual event — from Emma Watson’s three-piece all-white suit from Ralph Lauren Collection that gave us inspiration on bringing the boardroom to the stands, to Kate Middleton’s sprightly Dolce & Gabbana frock that was every bit a sartorial statement. Meghan Markle also made her first Wimbledon appearance as the Duchess of Sussex, donning a striped shirt and white trousers with a matching white fedora.
