Spotted on the front row: Celebrity power women and their statement OOTDs
Paris Fashion Week Autumn/Winter 2020 has come to end! And since we're approaching International Women's Day, we thought it apt to highlight the best female celebrity looks caught on camera during fashion's biggest event. Over at Loewe, Tessa Thompson (slide 1) brought drama to the front row in a Black Dahlia-inspired look, with a crystal-embellished birdcage veil that harked back to the ‘50s. You can't go wrong with an all-black look! On the opposite side of the spectrum, Gwendoline Christie (slide 2) wore a silk, cream-coloured tunic paired with beige boots for a tone-on-tone ensemble.
Janelle Monae (slide 13) brought the best of both worlds in a black and white skirt suit at Chanel's runway show. The defining statement? The two-toned jacket worn sans shirt. Lupita Nyong'o (slide 16) brought a splash of colour to the frow at Louis Vuitton. Her teal dress was cinched with a multi-coloured sash that perfectly complemented her silhouette. In the spirit of Dior's female empowering show, former model and It Girl of the ‘70s Bianca Jagger (slide 24) graced the show with her presence. Dressed in an oversized coat, lace-up boots and sunglasses—this 74-year-old icon still got it.
