Jin of BTS has become the latest K-pop sensation to team up with athleisure brand, Alo. This comes after the brand’s earlier partnership with Blackpink’s Jisoo. In September, Jin sparked anticipation by sharing an Instagram post of himself lounging effortlessly in a grey sweatsuit, tagging Alo in the caption. “What I really like about Alo Yoga is how they effortlessly combine comfort, style, and purpose while also emphasizing both physical and mental well-being, which is something I deeply value,” Jin shared.

Ralph Lauren reaffirms its commitment to cancer awareness with the launch of a new campaign, ‘Live Well. Be Well.’ This program, part of the Pink Pony Initiative, celebrates the resilience of cancer survivors by highlighting the inspiring stories of U.S. boxer Daniel Jacobs, model and rock climber Ash Foo, skateboarder Cade Thompson, college lacrosse player Chad Palumbo, yoga teacher Mary Lou Burkhardt, and basketball player Ronnie Laughlin.

On top of that, the 2024 Pink Pony collection has been revamped with a vibrant black and pink palette, offering a sporty selection of apparel and accessories for men, women, and children. The lineup includes a limited-edition hard goods capsule in collaboration with fitness brand Bala, a seamless merge between the House’s signature style and functional fitness. Some of the popular items include Bala Bangles, a play mat, jump rope and boxing gloves. 

In support of this year’s campaign, Ralph Lauren will donate 100 percent of the purchase price from the classic Pink Pony Twill Ball Cap and Pink Pony Cashmere Hoodie. 25 percent of the purchase price from all other items in the Pink Pony collection, including the Ralph Lauren Pink Pony x Bala capsule, will be directed to the Pink Pony Fund or a network of international cancer charities. In Malaysia, proceeds from the Pink Pony initiative will go to the National Cancer Society of Malaysia.

Versace unveils the second chapter of Versace Icons

Versace has released the second chapter of its Versace Icons collection, with Anne Hathaway and Cillian Murphy, once again, serving as the muses of the campaign. The latest lineup showcases pieces that are characterised by clean silhouettes, luxurious fabrics, and meticulous craftsmanship. Key pieces in the collection include a lightweight evening dress featuring the House’s signature metal mesh, tailored coats and jackets crafted from fine graine de poudre wool, bustier tops embellished with gold Medusa ’95 details, and knitwear that highlights the Barocco in bold maxi jacquard.

Michael Rider joins Celine as the new artistic director

Following Hedi Slimane’s departure, Celine has appointed Michael Rider as its new artistic director. Effective early next year, Rider will oversee the creative direction for all Celine collections, including womenswear, menswear, leather goods, and couture. On his new role, he remarked: “Celine is a Maison with values very close to my heart and a beautiful heritage to build on. I am honoured to come back and shape the future of the Maison together with the Celine team.” Rider started his fashion career at Balenciaga under Nicolas Ghesquière, then spent a decade as design director at Celine with Phoebe Philo, and most recently served as creative director at Polo Ralph Lauren.

 

Burberry reimagines its iconic outerwear pieces

In honour of its rich heritage in outerwear, Burberry has refreshed seven iconic styles: the trench, Harrington, quilt, puffer, parka, aviator, and duffle. The trench coat has been updated with distinctive B-shaped hardware and oversized gun flaps for rain protection. At the same time, the Harrington is crafted from water-repellent gabardine and features the Burberry Check lining.

The quilted coat is made from diamond-stitched nylon and lightly padded with insulation fibres for warmth. The puffer is equipped with a drawcord hood and hem to shield against the cold. Additionally, the parka has been reinterpreted in cotton twill, complete with a peaked hood trimmed in faux fur. 

The aviator jacket showcases an updated lamb shearling design with adjustable features and B-cut zip pulls. Finally, the duffle coat is tailored for warmth in a luxurious blend of wool and cashmere, adorned with wooden toggles carved with a B shield—a new logo motif inspired by the Equestrian Knight Design. A remarkable cast, including Barry Keoghan, Zhang Jingyi, Cara Delevingne, Cole Palmer, Eberechi Eze, Simz, and Olivia Colman, headlines the campaign titled ‘It’s Always Burberry Weather.’
