Learn a new skill this Valentine’s Day with the special one. Experience and learn the process of designing and making batik. You can also opt for a workshop on folding and dyeing textiles using the shibori methods. If you prefer the batik, you will be creating patterns or designs by blocking or drawing using melted wax on fabric. You will then be able to take home a batik scarf or coffee tumbler that you made yourself. As for the shibori method, rubber bands and pieces of wood will be utilised to create organic designs. The session includes food and drinks and will run for four hours. It is priced at RM199 per person.
