1. Yugo

Opening on 3 August 2020, Yugo specialises in fusion Japanese-styled meals. Along with its modern and abstract setting, Yugo consists of a plethora of unique concoctions such as Foie Gras with Eggplant and Foie Gras Unagi with House-made Doriyaki. You will also be able to feast on a wide selection of fresh sashimi.

2. Tofu Magician

Known for their innovate take on soy milk- and bean curd-based drinks, you will be able to get different variations here. In fact, Tofu Magician’s soy milk is freshly grounded and soy beans are sourced from Canada. Try the Bean Curd with Golden Sugar or get the signature White Jade to go with your Soy Milk Tea. You can also opt for the Soy Milk Soft Serve.

3. Seoul Taste

The new Korean eatery in Sri Petaling serves authentic Korean street food. The signature Sweet Crispy Korean Fried Chicken comes with three flavour options: Soy Garlic, Gochujang, and Mix. There is also the UFO Toast. There are four types—including Chicken Run (Grilled chicken luncheon, egg, and cheese); as well as Toran in UFO (Taro pearls in toast).

4. Le Gourmandin

Offering authentic French bistro cuisine in the heart of Mont Kiara, Le Gourmandin’s dishes follow traditional French recipes. 5. Atap by Pagi Coffee Co

Established by Christopher Chuah (Pagi Coffee Co) and Fauzan Ruslan (Griddle Grilled Cheese), this cosy cafe offers everything from cheese and coffee to chocolate and kombucha. Treat yourself to the Beef Tenderloin Sandwich with a blend of creamy cheeses. You will also be able to find the cafe’s specialty Atap coffee blend and specialty beans from Costa Rica and Ethiopia Hunkute.

6. Sofflé

This new dessert cafe aims to spread happiness through a variety of desserts—with soufflé pancakes at the heart of it all. Try the Valrhona Dark Chocolate, Matcha, and Tiramisu pancakes. Other options include Yuzu Lime Kakigori, Belgian Waffle with Vanilla Soft Serve, and House-made Matcha Sofuto.

7. Dou Dou Bake

Founded by Keith Koay (of One Half and also a three-time Malaysian Barista Champion) and Joey Mah (of Three Little Birds Coffee and Artisan Roastery), Dou Dou Bake is a new designer bakery by the experienced duo. The tone of the interior is cold with exposed columns and walls. It is sleek and minimal; dominated by a neutral palette. Come here for the sourdough bread and the coffee as well as options such as Kaffir Lime Drizzled Loaf and Cinnamon Orange Zest Bun.
