Meet the latest venture by Michelin-starred Chef Jeff Ramsey. This is his second restaurant in Kuala Lumpur— with Babe by Jeff Ramsey being his debut in the city. Alongside a panoramic view of Kuala Lumpur’s skyline and a greenery-filled environment, Japas is a restaurant that’s inspired from the quintessential Japanese izakaya. Hence, expect the menu here to offer a modern edge on traditional izakaya fare.
