The RuMa Hotel is now offering Afternoon Tea with a complimentary glass of Prosecco

Afternoon tea sessions are among some of the most sought after in KL—or rather, anything to do with good food—but then again, what’s not to like? An array of sweet and savoury treats placed beautifully together on a three-tier tray, paired with fragrant, delicate tea and a pleasant environment that’s great for catching up with friends and photos. We get it. And that’s why, you’ll be glad to know there’s one other great place in KL for a spot of delightful afternoon tea sessions. Enter The RuMa Hotel and its Librari, a quaint and quiet hideaway in the middle of the city.

As its name suggests, the space houses a wide selection of books and magazines on architecture, design, fashion and Malaysia as a whole—some are new, some are vintage, found within flea markets and antique stores. Everything about The RuMa Hotel has a story. But more importantly, that extends to their Afternoon Tea, which is also very much about celebrating Malaysia. For example: The calamansi meringue tartelette as well as the Pahang single origin 70% dark chocolate and hibiscus éclair.

On the regular, every Afternoon Tea set is paired with a generous selection of Voyage Teas but for those who prefer some bubbly, you’ll be glad to know that The RuMa Hotel is offering a complimentary glass of Prosecco until the end of April with every individual order of the Afternoon Tea set (RM115 nett per person).
