The saying ‘Looks can be deceiving’ is completely untrue in the case of Mini—a classic brand that by default combines fun with functional, and good looks to match that great engine power. The new Mini Seven Edition is the brand’s latest offering to fans and it continues to meet that high expectation.
It’s the first design model from their newest 5 Door generation and is created as a tribute to the original Austin Seven which was introduced in 1959. With only 30 units available in Malaysia, the exclusive design—inside and out—proudly displays its British origins, hallmark driving fun, premium character and an extrovert appeal. The body finish is in the Mini Yours non-metallic colour Lapisluxury Blue—the most intensive blue tone ever applied on the body of a Mini. It is beautifully contrasted with the Melting Silver roof and exterior mirror caps, and the 17-inch light alloy wheels in the Mini Yours paint finish Spectre Grey.
Its premium characteristic continues in the interior of the vehicle with ergonomics in play and luxurious fabric/leather finish for the sports seats. Beyond design and comfort, the new Mini Seven Edition is powered by the latest Mini TwinPower Turbo Technology. The 2.0-litre 4-cylinder engine coupled with a 6-speed Steptronic sports transmission delivers 192 hp with torque peaking at 280 Nm, and the ability to go from 0-100km/h in 6.8 seconds.
Fun fact: The average fuel consumption is 5.5 litres per 100km.

Fitted with an array of cutting edge technology (for e.g. an 8.8-inch High Resolution Navigation System Professional, the Mini Controller with handwriting-enabled touchpad, and Snap In Adapter) and a range of safety features and driver assistance systems (for e.g. Dynamic Stability Control and Performance Control), what more can you ask for?
The new Mini Seven Edition comes at an estimated retail price of RM253,888 (on the road for personal registration, without insurance) and includes the Mini 4 Years Unlimited Mileage Warranty with Free Scheduled Service.
