1. Woman’s Workshop at Be Urban Wellness, 3pm-5.30pm, 9 Sept

Yoga enthusiasts are invited to join this special class by Niki Lundberg where she’ll show you the world of Tantra for women through a 60-minute “Feel Your Body” themed flow session followed by a women’s circle exploring the basic Tantra philosophy and the principles of self-care. It’s open for all levels.

2. J&R Summer Ginn’s Party at Jarrod & Rawlins, 3pm-6pm, 9 Sept

3. Farming & Picnic at Mari House@Templer Park, 9am-12pm, 10 Sept

Have a different kind of Sunday morning by visiting Mari House where they’ll take you on a farm tour followed by an urban farming hands-on experience (complete with teaching you the basic knowledge of growing plants at home). And before you leave, there’ll be a fun-filled picnic session with delicious food and a beautiful set up.

4. UA Run Crew session at Platinum Park KL, 6.30am-8.30am, 10 Sept

Conducted by Wilson Lee, co-founder of Hiit2Fit and former national triathlete, the session will take you on a 6.5km run around KLCC Park followed by core conditioning and other targeted muscle groups workout to help improve your running stance.

5. Mala Making Morning at Bukit Damansara, 10am-3pm, 10 Sept

Learn the basics of making your own mala, tasbih or buddhist prayer bead necklace using sacred rudraksha seeds and crystal beads, and under the tutelage of Moolamala. All materials will be provided (including a wide selection of genuine crystal beads) as well as light refreshments and nasi lemak for lunch.

6. Publika Sama-Sama Bon Odori at Publika, 5pm-9.30pm, 10 Sept

Missed the last Bon Odori in Shah Alam? Publika is organising their own one in conjunction with Malaysia and Japan’s 60th anniversary of diplomatic relations. There’ll be a plethora of activities such as a parade, a fusion of cultural performances, art and food stalls, and fireworks to end the night. Feel free to go in your kebaya or yukata.
