Chef Nobu Matsuhisa is coming to KL for his book launch (and to host an exclusive dinner)

World-renowned celebrity chef and restaurateur Nobu Matsuhisa is coming to Kuala Lumpur to launch his latest book, Nobu: A Memoir. It tells the journey of Matsuhisa, from when he first started out as a dishwasher to co-founding the Nobu Empire with Hollywood actor Robert DeNiro. He also touches on his philosophy and passion towards the culinary arts, which led to him being one of the most reputable chefs in the world.

It won’t be a simple book launch though. To commemorate the release of his first memoir in Malaysia, Chef Nobu will be hosting an exclusive dinner at Nobu Kuala Lumpur for one night only—28 March 2018. It will be a 6-course Omakase menu curated by the chef himself and the Nobu Kuala Lumpur team. Prior to the dinner, guests will have the opportunity to meet Chef Nobu and enjoy his personal selection of cocktails and canapes.

The exclusive dinner experience will be priced at RM895++ per person, inclusive of an autographed copy of Nobu: A Memoir. There are limited seats available so be sure to make a booking by calling 03 2164 5084 or sending a WhatsApp message to 019 389 5085. 

However, if you can’t make it to the dinner-launch, fret not as Nobu Kuala Lumpur will be offering a special An Evening with Nobu menu, curated by Chef Nobu, Chef Philip Leong (Executive Chef of Nobu Kuala Lumpur) and Chef Herve Courtot (Nobu Corporate Chef and Chef de Cuisine of Nobu Dubai). It will be available from 26 to 28 March 2018.
