Step into ‘The Grace of the East’, an exhibition where the cultural significance of the Wau takes flight. The collection features artworks by renowned local artists Khalil Ibrahim, Dato’ Mohd Hoessein Enas, Ismail Mat Hussin, Rahmat Ramli, and Mohamed Zain Idris. Through expressive landscapes and figures, visitors are invited to reflect on the beauty of Malaysia’s East Coast heritage and the enduring spirit that continues to shape the nation’s artistic identity.

2. WATCH LOCAL BARISTAS BATTLE IT OUT AT THE SLAYER ESPRESSO RALLY

Our local baristas are about to brew up a storm because the Slayer Espresso Rally is making a pit stop in Malaysia this Sunday! Hosted by Lamarsa Coffee and Coffeeboy Club, 20 of the country’s best baristas will go head-to-head in a mixed-skills challenge that will put their latte art, workflow, and dial-in precision to the test. The top contender will earn a spot at the Grand Final during World of Coffee Jakarta and a chance to take home a brand-new Slayer machine.

5. RELIVE ‘THE MUSIC OF PINK FLOYD’ WITH THE MALAYSIAN PHILHARMONIC ORCHESTRA

Pink Floyd fans, you’re in for a treat! The Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra (MPO) is turning up the volume with a special concert dedicated to the legendary British rock band. Led by guest conductor Brent Havens and featuring the powerful vocals of Randy Jackson, the night promises a symphonic spin on iconic tracks like Comfortably Numb, Money, and Another Brick in the Wall (Pt II). ‘Rojak’ presents the cross-cultural dialogue between two creative voices navigating life between worlds. The exhibition features vibrant paintings by Australian artist Nigel Sense, inspired by his inclusive suburban upbringing. Through unique pop art techniques, his work fuses humour with everyday moments to create a personal and relatable narrative. Complete with soundscapes by Malaysian artist Jean Tong, the exhibition invites visitors into a multisensory experience that celebrates shared stories, shifting identities, and finding a sense of belonging.
