1. Niseko
Engulf yourselves in the breathtaking view of Mount Yotei, an inactive stratovolcano. You could easily mistake it as Mount Fuji, if not for the overbearing height difference. Sri Lanka may be famous for their Ceylon tea, but seafood lovers should rejoice as well because the array of seafood buffet is overwhelming. And before you head back, grab some snacks like hopper (pancakes) and kimbula bunis (crocodile-shaped buns—don’t worry) for supper.
3. Sydney, Australia
Known for its iconic cityscapes, every turn leads you to charming monuments and beautiful places like The Harbour View Point Piper. Nurture your kids with the love of animals starting with Sydney Wildlife World, Sea Life Aquarium, and Koala Park. For the artsy, take a tour to Sydney Opera House (get the backstage pass tour, trust us on this) or Art Gallery of NSW that showcases permanent Aussie art, and children’s activities.
4. New Zealand
In a region full of heritage values, New Zealand stands tall with its scenic landscapes and Maori pride. Bring the family to the Skyline Gondola and take a luge all the way down. Then, jump into earth’s belly at Underwater Observatory; a reverse aquarium where you get to watch sea creatures from a glass box. Now for some adult activities; we like wine tasting at Peregrine.
