2017 ended with a bang for Omega, with the "Her Time" exhibition held in Paris over fashion week last September, and the announcement of Kaia and Presley Gerber—children of the brand's longest-serving ambassador, Cindy Crawford—as its newest ambassadors. Fast forward 2018, the Swiss watch brand has launched its new Omega De Ville Trésor collection—the first with Kaia as the face of its campaign. An embodiment of the brand's rich heritage and sophisticated modernity, the Trésor timepiece makes for the perfect everyday watch—whether at boardroom meetings, weekend brunches, or a fun night out—thanks to its sleek design, and diverse range of dial and strap colours.

First introduced in 1949, the name 'Trésor' refers to the treasure in the watch—the 30mm calibre—that results in a sophisticated streamlined case. In 2014, a new Co-Axial movement was unveiled, featured within a case that was merely 10.6mm in height. The 2018 iteration of the Omega De Ville Trésor still contains the brand's highly precise quartz movement, but what's different, is the (even) thinner cases—9.75mm for the 39 mm models, and 8.85mm for the 36 mm models. Instead of a diamond bezel, the watch features a diamond pavé along the curves on each side of the case, giving it a unique allure.

As they say, it's all in the detail, and a subtle feminine touch can be found on the crown, where a flower motif is created with five Omega logos in red liquid ceramic. Flip the timepiece and you'll notice the beautiful mirrored caseback in the "Her Time" pattern, signifying the idea of reflection to highlight a woman's natural charisma. Available in nine different variations, take your pick from stainless steel or 18K Sedna gold cases, leather or fabric straps, and an array of dial colours, including black, taupe brown, white, blue, opaline silver or mother-of-pearl.
